SHORTS SHOWCASE This session of the festival will feature a series of varied and intriguing shorts. The Usherette by Donna McRae, 2007, combines both a video art and cinematic approach to the much saught after subject of film, the cinema itself. The film is a 6 minute video based on the painting "New York Movie" by Edward Hopper (1939).
